What to do if an "unlist" number appears in an Impact print or on-line telephone directory:

Impact Directories acquires its listing information for both its print and on-line directories from the utility telephone companies. If your contact information appears in an Impact Directory after you have requested that your utility provider not list that number, the utility directory provider is usually the source of the error. However, Impact Directories offers some limited solutions. You should request that your listing be changed in the next publication of the annual print directory. If you wish to have a listing changed in the on-line directory that can in some instances be accomplished within 15 days after notifying Impact Directories. To request listing corrections, Contact Us and show exactly how the listing should appear. We will verify your desire for a change in listing by telephone before it goes into effect.

If the information listed needs to be corrected in some other way:

Impact Directories acquires listing information for both its print and on-line directories from the utility telephone companies. If an error occurs in your listing, the utility directory provider is usually the source of the error. However, Impact Directories offers limited solutions for such listings problems. If you wish to have your listing changed in the annual print directory the correction can be put into effect with the next publication. If you are requesting a change in a business listing, your request must be made on company letterhead, signed by an officer of the company and sent by regular mail to Impact Directories. If you wish to have a private listing changed in the on-line directory you may notifying Impact Directories by completing the form on our Add/Change Listings page or by emailing us at our Contact Us page and explain exactly how the listing should appear. In some of the directories the requested change can be made within about 15 days. This is a statement of Privacy Policy, and is not a Contract between Impact and its users.
