We wanted to take this opportunity to express our appreciation on the fine job that has been done for our benefit since we decided to advertise in the Impact DIrectory.

We were pleased with the way the proposal was laid out and the suggestions made to enhance the ad to create enough interest for the public to call us for their insurance needs. You exhibited a sincere interest in our business and a real desire to help our business be successful.

The results have been incredible as the calls started coming in once the directories were distributed and have discovered that we were receiving more calls from the Impact Directories than from the Qwest Yellow Pages. The cost was much less than the Qwest Yellow Pages which was a real added plus as our advertising dollars are limited. This just showed that we received more for each dollar spent for your directory.

With that in mind, it is our desire to continue to put our advertising dollars towards the Impact Directory. We look forward to the continued success that we have received from your product and thank you for the fine service we have received.
